Associate Producer - Team Junkfish

Junkfish is looking for an associate producer to join our Scottish BAFTA nominated development company in Singapore. You will have the opportunity to join our expanding team to work on Attack of the Earthlings Mobile and on future projects. As the associate producer, you will help with the day-to-day management of Attack of the Earthlings Mobile, as well as assist the head of production in planning and task management. It’s essential you are well-organized and approachable, as you will be a key player in helping the team deliver to schedule.

Responsibilities


● Assist the head of production with the day-to-day running of Attack of the Earthlings Mobile

● Collaborate with the head of production on planning and laying out key milestones

● Work with the team to make sure scrum board and project tracking is kept up to date

● Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to the head of production

● Create changelogs and make sure documentation is kept up to date

● Help with testing and getting feedback to the development team

● Help identify risks and make sure they’re properly reported

● Be involved in the creation, operation and improvement of production systems

● Encourage and support the development team

● Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle


Skills & Requirements

● Bachelors degree in a relevant game related field

● Knowledge of agile production methodologies, including scrum and kanban

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● Working knowledge of Trello, Jira and Google Docs

● Knowledge of the game development process

● Must have a good attitude and be a team player

Desirable


● Experience working in a relevant field within the games industry

● Has released at least 1 title as part of a game development team.

● Experience working with 3rd parties for localization or quality assurance, for example

● Worked on a live ops game either on mobile, PC or console
