[Closed] Marketing Manager - Team Junkfish

We are looking for a fun and passionate Marketing Manager to grow Junkfish and our games. You will be part of a growing and highly creative games development studio developing quality titles across PC, console, and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for crafting marketing strategy and campaigns to achieve both Junkfish's short- and long-term goals. You are also the key driver to ensure the smooth execution of go-to-market plans and engagements.
You are the champion of our brands and communications to both internal and external audiences alike and also, be the advocate in exploring new ways and things.
Craft and manage marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve short- and long-term organizational goals.
Using market research, you will be responsible to engage a global audience and grow our brands by identifying suitable target markets and audiences.
You will also be responsible to provide market and competitor reports to guide and recommend stakeholders on the best course of action and on current trends.
Through working with 3rd party agencies, partners and leading our internal community team, you will be responsible to grow, manage and maintain our diversified group of audience across all available media outlets and internal channels.
Drive the execution of go-to-market plans, including direct, online and offline advertising, sales, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Together with our internal community team, identify and work with suitable content creators to extend our reach and expand our brand.
Work closely with the creative director and product manager to position and promote products and maximize ROI over games' full life cycle.
Work closely with the production team to obtain first hand updates on our games and use it to communicate to and engage our audience in an effective and timeline manner.
Effectively manage and maintain relationships with 3rd party agencies, partners and suppliers.
Skills & Requirements
Passion for games is a MUST.
At least 3 years of Brand and/or Marketing experience in the games industry
Shipped at least 1-2 Mobile Apps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, results-oriented and people-oriented.
Creative and strategic thinker.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including superb ability to dissect data and measure ROI.
Experienced with marketing tools such as Appsflyer, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
Ability to effectively present ideas; both verbally and visually.
In-depth knowledge of up-to-date worldwide games industry trends.
Past experience on a horror game title.
Previous experience working on a multiplayer game post launch.
Experience with PC and Console.
