WHY DO YOU PROCESS MY PERSONAL DATA?

To run recruitment processes. We may collect your name, address, email address, telephone number, details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history, including start and end dates, with previous employers and with us, together with any other information contained within your CV, application forms or other documentation you provide to us. We may also collect information during the recruitment process from a third party such as an employment agency.

To check your entitlement to work in the country of engagement or employment. We may collect your name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, passport details and immigration documents, and those of your family if such information is relevant to your immigration status.
Our lawful basis for this processing is Legal Obligation and our condition for processing special category data is Employment Law (the processing is necessary for the purposes of carrying out the obligations and exercising specific rights of the controller or of the data subject in the field of employment law).

For equal opportunities monitoring. We may collect information about your ethnic origin, sexual orientation and religion or beliefs.
Where we are required to collect this information by law our lawful basis for this processing is Legal Obligation and our condition for processing special category data is Employment Law (the processing is necessary for the purposes of carrying out the obligations and exercising specific rights of the controller or of the data subject in the field of employment law).

WHO DO YOU SHARE MY PERSONAL DATA WITH?

Your personal data may be shared internally with Junkfish staff who need to have access to the personal data you share (as appropriate and permitted by law), such as our People and Talent Team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, as well as the hiring managers for the role you are applying for.

We may share your personal data with third parties to obtain pre-employment references from other employers.

We may also share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of business management and planning in the context of a sale of some or all of our business, potential restructuring, accounting and auditing, under a service agreement and/or for the purposes of a transfer of undertakings or where there is a service provision change. In those circumstances, the personal data will be subject to confidentiality arrangements.
