How to delete your Attack of the Earthlings Mobile account

How to manually delete your account

Step 1: Launch the game and login

Step 2: Click on the “Settings” option as shown

Step 3: Press on 'Account'

Step 4: Select 'Account Delete' that appears on the right side of the screen

Step 5: Choose 'yes' to confirm deletion

Requesting for your account to be deleted

If you are unable to delete your account or an error occurs, please write in to us at contact@teamjunkfish.com with the subject titled “Deleting Attack of the Earthlings Mobile Game Account”. Please note that we will request for verification that you are the account holder.

    • Country/Region

      • The country, city and region that the player is currently playing from.
         

  • Personal Info

    • Account’s Username

      • Username is either tied to your Apple Game Center or Google Play Game Account Name, otherwise a random Guest Account Name is assigned to you.

    • Account ID

      • A randomly assigned number that uniquely identifies your account.

    • Platform Used

      • The platform that the user is using to play the game, whether that is iOS or Android.
         

  • App Activity

    • Login Dates

    • Duration Played

      • Time spent playing the game per day.

    • Game data that is saved that keeps track of your player’s progress in the game. This includes the following.

      • Waves Cleared

      • Items Attained and Unlocked

      • In-game Currency Earned
