Our Mission, Vision, and Values

At Junkfish, we are proud of the passion, knowledge, and approachability of our people and are dedicated to creating a safe workplace environment that our staff are happy to work and thrive within. This sentiment underpins our "Person First" approach to strategy and procedure and we are thrilled to demonstrate this ethos through our company Mission, Vision, and Values. These have been created via discussions around our experiences as staff, as well as critique of our processes and operations and are listed below.
Junkfish Mission
To create inspiring worlds that engage players.
We like to build memorable experiences with an emphasis on mood and atmosphere.
To make great games using happy, engaged people.
We believe that if people find fulfillment in what they do, it shows in the work they do. We aspire to create a healthy culture that leads to satisfied developers.
To create original games with mass appeal and commercial success.
We strive to find a balance between creativity and mass-appeal to create successful titles that appeal to dedicated gamers globally.
To create an inclusive workplace that celebrates individuality.

We feel that embracing individuality cultivates creativity. We value inclusivity, diversity and equality within our culture.
To set the quality bar for games development.
We take pride in our work, and push the quality bar within each discipline, both on a creative and technical level.
Junkfish Vision
We make games that we like to play. Our goal is to engage players within creative worlds that spark your imagination and evoke deep emotions. We believe in making work fun, and that doing so will come across in the quality of our games.
