Bootleg Steamer Box Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions 

1. General conditions for participation 

The Organiser of this Promotion is Junkfish LTD, Unit 1 / 2 Seaward Place, Kinning Park Glasgow, Scotland G41 1HH United Kingdom. 

1. This Promotion will be governed by these terms and conditions. By means of clicking ‘I have read and accept’ of the terms and conditions to enter this Promotion, entrants agree that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them. 

2. Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly known as Twitter), TikTok, and / or YouTube will be henceforth referred to as the Platforms.

3. This Promotion is open to worldwide residents aged 18 and over only excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Organiser, their respective parent, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies or any other person professionally connected with this Promotion.  

   • This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4. Participation is permitted irrespective of purchase of a product/service. No purchase necessary. 

5. One (1) entry in total per individual and per email address are permitted. 

6. In case of non-compliance with any of these rules or any behaviour that is considered defamatory, offensive, or illegal, the Organiser reserves the right to reject the entrant from the Promotion. 

7. The Organiser takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt. 

8. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organiser. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organiser privacy policy. Your information will only be used for other purposes if you gave your consent. 

9. The Promotion is in no way organised, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with the Platforms where the Promotion is hosted or operated on. You understand that you are providing your information to the Organizer, and not to the Platforms. The information you provide will only be used for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with the Organizer privacy policy. The Platforms are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Organizer and not to the Platforms. 

10. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player.  The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organisation responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.  Any potential Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

2. Promotion details: 

1. The Promotion starts on 03:00pm BST on Saturday the 20th of April 2024 (“Start Date”) until 05:00pm BST on Sunday the 28th of April 2024 (“Closing Date”). 

2. To enter the Promotion, entrants will need to go to the @TeamJunkfish X (formerly known as Twitter) channel, and enter via the defined entry requirements within the applicable Promotion Start Date and Closing Date. There is three (3) ways to enter in total. Entrants must be from Great Briton in ensure postage can be sent.

3. The entry instructions for competition one:

   • Follow (or already be following) the @TeamJunkfish X account on the Platform;

   • Re-share the post posted by the Organiser on the Relevant Account entitled “Bootleg Steamer Giveaway” and tag a friend in the comments section which will count as an entry into the prize draw (it is not a requirement for the friend tagged to follow the Relevant Account on the Platform);

   • Ensure that your Platform account privacy settings are set to permit the Promoter to contact you in the event that you are selected as a winner of the Prize. If we are unable to contact you due to restrictions to your account privacy settings the Promoter reserves the right for an alternative winner to be selected.

   • Entrants are only allowed one entry to the Competition from their Platform account and any further entries received from the same Platform account will not be entered into the Competition.

4. The entry instructions for competition two are:

   • Take a photo using the Bootleg Steamer facestand at W.A.S.D​

   • Upload the photo and tag @TeamJunkfish on the X social media platform

   • Use the hashtag Bootleg Steamer

   • Ensure that your Platform account privacy settings are set to permit the Promoter to contact you in the event that you are selected as a winner of the Prize. If we are unable to contact you due to restrictions to your account privacy settings the Promoter reserves the right for an alternative winner to be selected.

   • Entrants are only allowed one entry to the Competition from their Platform account and any further entries received from the same Platform account will not be entered into the Competition.

5. The entry instructions for competition three are:

   • Attend the virtual launch event at the @TeamJunkfish Twitch account at 5pm BST on 25 April 2025.​

   • Interact with the chat as specified by the stream host

   • Ensure that your Platform account privacy settings are set to permit the Promoter to contact you in the event that you are selected as a winner of the Prize. If we are unable to contact you due to restrictions to your account privacy settings the Promoter reserves the right for an alternative winner to be selected.

   • Entrants are only allowed one entry to the Competition from their Platform account and any further entries received from the same Platform account will not be entered into the Competition.

3. Selection of Winners and Prizes: 

1. There will be three (3) Winners in total with one (1) per competition. The Winners of the Promotion will be randomly selected from all the valid entries received. The more entries one has, the more chance for them to be selected.  

2. The Winner will be announced on the Team Junkfish Social Media Pages with first name and first capital of the surname no later than 28 days after the closing date of the Promotion. The Winner will also be informed that they have won by the Organiser via email, using the email address they have provided. 

3. The Winner may be requested to provide further personal data in order for the Organiser to contact them. In the event the e-mail is returned as undeliverable, the recipient takes longer than 48 hours to respond to the email, or a Winner declines a Prize, the relevant entry will be disqualified and a new Winner will be randomly chosen. The Organiser will fulfill shipment of the Prize and will contact the Winners to arrange an appropriate day and time for the delivery of the Prize within a time period determined by the Organiser. Shipment will be fulfilled once the product has been manufactured and will be within six (6) months of the completion of the sweepstakes. 

4. The Promotion Winners will each receive one (1) Bootleg Steamer PR Kit predetermined by Team Junkfish

   • The RRP value of the PR Kit is £45

5. No cash alternative.  Prizes are not transferable. 

6. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the Prize description.

By entering the Promotion, the entrant grants the Organiser the right to contact them regarding their submission. By participating in the Promotion, entrants hereby agree to the Organiser collecting and using their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Organiser’s privacy policy at https://www.teamjunkfish.com/privacy-policy.
 

The Organiser may transfer your personal information to affiliated companies outside of their countries of operation. By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to: (i) have accepted these Terms and Conditions; (ii) warrant that any information you submit is accurate and relates only to yourself and (iii) if you are a Winner, you agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by the Organiser including the publication of your name, photograph, and a testimonial by you, in various media including on the Internet. 
 

5. Limitations of Liability:

1. The Organiser and any of their subsidiaries, and their agents are not responsible for:  (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail.  If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided this is done before the relevant closing date.

1. These Promotion terms and conditions will be governed by Scottish Law

   • Recourse to the courts is hereby waived.
